• Washington: Increased fee for the second year of the two-year cycle.
• Vermont: Increased late fee after December 31st.
• Utah, Tennessee, South Dakota, Oregon, Ohio, New Mexico, Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois, and Arizona: Updated contact information or labeling requirements.
